1Do I need to have an account to order?

2What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments, we also accept bank transfers.
3How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
4Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based on US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
5How do I set my shipping address?
Since our website and service are based in English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use similar English ones instead. For example, you may change the letter "?" to "c".
6 How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

RETURN POLICY

Online purchases made through B2B.COM are valid for exchange and return within 15 days from the receipt date. Submit a request for return/exchange on your order page and we will try our best to meet your request. Please Contact Us immediately if you need help.
All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.
This 15-day period begins on the day when you receive your purchase for goods, you can cancel this order for any reason and without penalty.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return
You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.
Return/Exchange Process
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please log in to your B2B.COM account to submit a Return/Exchange request on my Orders page.
Step 2: After submitting the return/exchange request online, you will receive authorization and return address by email within 48 hours.
Step 3: Ship the return package to our warehouse and input the return shipping info ( tracking No. & delivery company) on our website.
Step 4: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package.
We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange.
Partial Delivery and Missing Items
B2B.COM products are shipped from different warehouses and in some cases we may have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster.
Please rest assured, if the item is missing, we will resend it for free within the warranty period.
Please do check your order and package contents carefully before signing for the package.
Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

B2B-UIO.COM offer returns for store credit refund within 30 days of delivery.
The returned items must satisfy our return requirements:
·Items must be returned within 30 days of delivered date.
·Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
·Item must have all tags, including any original hangtags, attached.
·Swimsuits cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, due to hygiene concerns.
·Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
·Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Store credit can be used as cash in your purchase. It can only be used at B2B-UIO.COM and cannot be transferred or converted back to cash.
